Closing the Gap Between Agents & Contractors
Revux: Closing the Gap Between Real Estate Agents & Media Contractors
Zelio.io was tasked with building a platform that would connect real estate agents with media contractors such as photographers, videographers,
drone specialists, and 3D rendering providers. The initial idea was broad: “an app like Uber or Airbnb, but for real estate media services”.
Our challenge was to expand on this concept and design a complete, functional product ecosystem. As the sole product designer, I was responsible for the
end-to-end design: conducting research, mapping multi-sided user flows, creating the UX and UI for the mobile app and web CRM, developing the brand identity, and delivering a responsive web presence to showcase the platform. By iterating on the initial idea, I was able to shape it into an intricate,
scalable solution that streamlined scheduling, payments, and communication between agents, contractors, and admins.
The idea began as “an Uber or Airbnb for real estate media services". My role was to expand it into a full product ecosystem. I led end-to-end design: research, user flows, UX/UI for mobile and web CRM, brand identity, and a responsive marketing site. The result was Revux: a scalable solution that streamlined scheduling, payments, and communication between agents, contractors, and admins.

Real estate agents often rely on multiple contractors, photographers, videographers, drone specialists, and
3D rendering experts etc. to market properties. Scheduling, communication, and payments across different vendors is fragmented and inefficient.

My Experience Building Revux
My Experience Building Revux
Designing a two-sided marketplace was about building trust and alignment between agents, contractors, and admins. Real-time updates, shared status language, and contextual messaging reduced miscommunication and made the platform a centralized hub for communication and services.
Creating both the mobile app and admin CRM pushed me to design a scalable system with consistent components and mirrored patterns across roles.
Centralized files, payments, and analytics gave users confidence, while the marketing site clarified the product story and supported adoption.
If extended, I’d explore more automation, more user touchpoints, and integrating AI, to deepen efficiency and trust.
